These terms govern your use of the Censored Vault website. By browsing, bidding, buying, or submitting items, you agree to them.

The archive

Every item listed is owned by Censored Vault and held in our own secured storage. Listings are one-of-one — once a piece is sold, it is removed. We make every effort to describe items and their condition accurately.

Orders and payment

Purchases are processed and fulfilled through Shopify and are subject to Shopify’s checkout terms. Prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains an error.

Bids and offers

A bid is an offer to buy at the stated amount. It is not binding on either party until we confirm it and payment is completed. We may accept, decline, or counter any bid at our discretion.

Selling and consignment

Submissions through Sell With Us are invitations for us to consider a purchase or consignment. Submitting an item does not create an obligation on either side until terms are agreed in writing. You confirm that items you submit are authentic and that you have the right to sell them.

Authenticity

We authenticate and condition-grade every item before it is listed. Items are sold as described; any brand names or trademarks referenced are used only to identify goods and belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Censored Vault is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
